How are the live online sessions hosted?
All sessions are conducted live via our private, secure video link. You will receive a detailed welcome email with access instructions and calendar invites immediately upon enrollment.
What if I miss one of the 2-hour live sessions?

Are there any prerequisites or tools I need before we begin?
